Starting with Harcourts Gympie straight out of school he soon learnt the ropes in all aspects of the office including property management, administration and property Sales. The traineeship guided by Nathan O'Neill has given Clancy the firm grounding he needed to take on the local industry and gave him the skill set needed to sell houses at a young age.
